She walks really well on leash. She would love to have a fenced in area so she could get some energy out but is perfectly happy to take a stroll with her harness and leash. She loves toys! She is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained, though she doesn’t really need a crate or leash as she will stick right by your side and won’t get into any mischief. Maggie May is an energetic and affectionate girl who asks to be the only four-legged animal for her people to fawn over. She loves the car, going for walks and meeting new friends.
She is looking for a home with people 15 and up because she can show her excitement with her mouth at times and this girl has a passion for life. In her previous home, she had an accident that has left her with some mobility issues. When we say issues, we don't mean that she can't move; she is just as busy as when she was a young dog, but the way she moves just looks different now. We are treating her for discomfort surrounding her previous injury with joint supplements and a medication called carprofen which our vet recommends that she continue after adoption.
