Commission Based Independent Sales Representative
Media and Advertising Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, manage and execute a successful sales cycle, selling the core line of niche based advertising products/services.
  • Proactively assume a role in developing & executing strategies in order to build a phenomenal book of residually paid commission, focusing on customer’s needs and retention.
  • Execute day-to-day call cycle management, using a wide variety of techniques, from traditional advertising sales philosophy’s to technical consultative sales techniques.
  • Create new customers by pitching to businesses that use any print, online, TV advertising.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 3+ years Senior-level Advertising/Media sales or 3-5 yrs of sales with a trackable sales history
  • Proven record of success in developing and delivering significant sales growth in the local market
  • Solid knowledge of ad sales and new media advertising products
  • Experience with all facets of building and executing successful sales desk
COMPENSATION
