Humane Society of Knox County Featured at The Animal House
The Adoption Center at The Animal House will be hosting the Humane Society of Knox County on Saturday, February 24th from 11am-2pm. A representative from the shelter will be on-hand to answer questions, highlight the dogs available, and discuss the adoption process.
Available for adoption and scheduled to be at the event is Diamond, a 7 year-old border collie/husky mix. Diamond is a graduate of the K9 Corrections program. According to Amie Hutchison, Shelter Manager, Diamond is a bouncing, high-energy, happy-go-lucky dog. Diamond is well-behaved, housebroken, crate-trained and knows many tricks. Please come down to say "hello" to Diamond and find out about other pets at the shelter who need homes.

Any dog adopted through the Adoption Center at The Animal House will be eligible for a free gift bag and dog wash. Adoption guidelines set forth by the shelter or rescue will be be followed at The Adoption Center, and are specific to the organization.
The next scheduled Adoption Center Clinic will be held on Saturday, March 17th and will feature the Maine Greyhound Placement Service.
