Downeast Dog Scouts Troop #159 March Meeting - Introduction to Rally Obedience

Rally obedience is the topic for the Downeast Dog Scouts March meeting. Rally is a fun team sport where dog and handler teams navigate a course with numbered signs indicating different exercises such as: sit, down spiral, weave, heel, pivot and more. New South Portland City Ordinance - Dogs allowed off-leash and under voice control from the hours of 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Fines start at $100 for people who bring their dogs to the beach outside of these permitted hours.
